Ashley Osler studied Civil Engineering at Gonzaga University and graduated in 2018 with her BS. At Gonzaga she was able to explore the intersection of social justice with engineering, and got her first exposure to international living during her time studying abroad in Florence, Italy.
With Peace Corps on her mind throughout high school and college, she decided to join the Engineering for International Development program at USF to gain a little more technical experience and context to development work before heading out. She is currently serving as a Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene volunteer within the indigenous region of the Comarca Ngäbe-Buglé in Panama. In her free time she enjoys raising her kitten and hiking around in the mountains surrounding her community.
